  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast

  • 5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 sandwich rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions:

Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the beef chuck roast

Season the roast and put it in the Instant Pot

Diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, red wine, and beef broth should all be added to the Instant Pot

Put the Instant Pot under high pressure for one hour with the lid closed

If you want to do a quick release after 10 minutes, you can let the pressure drop naturally

Take the roast out of the Instant Pot and use two forks to shred it
