This easy Paleo recipe for slow-roasted pastured chicken is tasty and filling, making it ideal for a hearty family supper. Tie the chickens legs together with kitchen twine if desired

Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for approximately 2 to 2

5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C

Let the roasted chicken rest for about 10-15 minutes before carving
