- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions:
After using your favorite method to pop the popcorn kernels, transfer them to a large bowl
After drizzling the popcorn with olive oil, toss to ensure even coating
Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt should all be combined in a small bowl
Blend thoroughly
After evenly coating the popcorn with the seasonings, sprinkle the mixture over it and toss again
Arrange the seasoned popcorn onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet
Scatter the black olive slices, mini pepperoni slices, and shredded mozzarella evenly over the popcorn
Bake at 350F/175C for five to seven minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted, in a preheated oven
Before serving, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool slightly
