- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish optional
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Put the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish after cutting them in half
Set the pan on medium heat and melt the butter
Put in the minced garlic and cook for one minute, until the garlic smells good
It will take about 5 to 7 minutes of cooking after adding the sliced mushrooms to the pan until they are soft and browned
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and mix them together
Cover the bottom halves of the slider buns in the baking dish with the mayo mixture
On top of the mayo mix, put the thinly sliced roast beef
After that, put the mushrooms that have been sauted on top of the roast beef
Put the Swiss cheese shreds on top of the mushrooms
To make sandwiches, put the top halves of the slider buns on top of the cheese
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and cover it with aluminum foil
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the sliders are hot and the cheese is melted
If you want, you can add fresh parsley as a garnish
You can enjoy your Mushroom Swiss Roast Beef Sliders while they are still hot
