  • , pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C

Put the cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse them a few times to make them look like small crumbs

Put the cauliflower crumbs in a bowl that can go in the microwave

Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the crumbs are soft

After the cauliflower has cooled, put it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much water as you can

Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to a bowl with 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper

Mix in the egg until a dough forms

Set up a baking sheet with parchment paper

Take the cauliflower mixture and press it into a round shape that is about 1/4 inch thick

After the oven is hot, bake the crust for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown

Take the crust out of the oven and pour tomato sauce over it, leaving a little space around the edges

Toppings of your choice should be put on top of the sauce after adding 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese

Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and bubbly

Take it out of the oven, let it cool for a minute, then cut it up and enjoy
