Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked corn kernels
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 can 15 oz of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
The cooked corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chopped cilantro should all be put in a large bowl together
