Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions:
Warm up the ground beef in a big pan over medium-high heat until it turns brown
Get rid of any extra fat
Cut up the onion and garlic and add them to the pan
After two to three minutes, the onion should be soft and clear
For adding water, follow the directions on the package
Then, stir in the taco seasoning
Allow the mixture to thicken by simmering for 5 minutes
To make the flour tortillas soft, heat them in a dry pan or the microwave for 20 seconds
Put together the tacos by putting some of the beef mixture on each tortilla
Shred cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro should be put on top
Put sour cream and salsa on top of the taco fillings
To make each taco taste even better, squeeze a lime wedge over it
Enjoy your tasty tacos while theyre still hot
