  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced pickles

Instructions:

Ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Mix the ingredients together well until they are all evenly mixed in

Cut the turkey mixture into small patties about the size of sliders

Warm up your grill or pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface to keep food from sticking

The turkey patties should be cooked on a grill or stove for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done inside and have a nice char on the outside

Put the following ingredients in a bowl and mix them together while the patties are cooking: Half a cup of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon hot sauce its up to you 1 tablespoon pickle relish 1 minced clove of garlic Add salt and pepper to taste

Cover the sliders with a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on the bottom half of each bun once the turkey patties are done cooking

I put a turkey patty on top, then some spicy remoulade and pickles that have been cut up

Place the other half of the slider bun on top, and if necessary, use a toothpick to hold it in place
